Growing up in an Ecuadorian home my love of seafood is incomparable. So this weekend I indulged in seafood both home and a local restaurant and it was worth it.
At the restaurant(Venus) I had a salpicon, a mixed plate of seafood with lime and a hint of vinegar. (shrimp,calamari,octopus,clams,mussels,etc)
Basically, LIFE if you love seafood.
At Home I had a fish ceviche with a side of rice (fish, onions, lime, cilantro)
Also, LIFE & very simple to make.
